One 10-minute pre-recorded lesson each week
One 7 minute practice each week which you are invited to turn to daily or as often as suits you
A set of writing prompts for each week

A Gentle Path to Powerful change
In the time of the thinning veil and the falling leaves, as the world prepares for winter's chrysalis, you are invited to a four-week journey of soul exploration, embodied growth, and intimate rituals.
Week 1: Syntropy and Shadow
Gain a foundational understanding of the concept of the Golden Shadow, and begin calling the beautiful parts that you’ve rejected back to yourself through a simple meditation practice.
Week 2: Creativity and connection
Begin a creative partnership with your Golden Shadow.
Week 3: Altars and Ancestors
Honor the sacred time of the year* when the veil is thin with a range of invitations for you to express yourself fully, heal ancestral patterns, and craft an altar that supports your long-term shining.
*Note: This course is offered live during Halloween season, but is now available asynchronously. The lessons of this week are flexible for any season of the year, but do note that there’s some temporal specificity there!
Week 4: Lifelong Embodiment
Welcome your Golden Shadow to integrate fully into your daily life and expression.
Those of us craving a deeper embodiment of our own authentic gifts.

Those of us who sense that shadow work can reveal more than just the dark shadows and are ready to shine.
Note: This is a low-cost, low-demand course. Parenthood is teaching me to design for efficiency and simplicity. This will be valuable for you if you have just a few minutes to spare or a full day each week to drop into your inner work.
